This text separates the "60-Day Money Back" (Satisfaction) from the "Warranty" (Defects). Offering a Lifetime (or 1-Year) Warranty on safety gear builds massive trust.

Our Promise: Safety That Lasts.

At Vesta Safety, we build our devices to industrial standards. We are so confident in the durability of the Vesta™ Pro that we protect every unit with our comprehensive Manufacturer’s Warranty.

What is Covered? This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

✅ Internal Sensor Failure: If the gas or CO sensor stops functioning.

✅ Display/LED Malfunction: If the screen or lights go dark.

✅ Siren Failure: If the alarm speaker stops sounding.

✅ Power Issues: If the device fails to power on despite a working outlet.

Coverage Period

Standard Coverage: Every Vesta™ Pro comes with an automatic 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

Lifetime Coverage: (Optional) If you purchased the "Lifetime Protection" add-on at checkout, your device is covered forever.

What is NOT Covered?

Damage caused by water, fire, or extreme physical abuse (e.g., dropping it).

Damage caused by tampering with or opening the device casing.

How to File a Claim If your device acts up, we won’t make you jump through hoops.

Email support@myvestasafety.com with your Order Number.

Attach a short video or photo showing the issue.

We will ship you a Brand New Replacement immediately. (No need to send the broken one back in most cases).
